We loved our stay at this modern, clean hotel located in the heart of a bustling shopping complex and surrounded by countless restaurants. With easy access to public transport facilities, we were able to get around the area with ease. Plus, the proximity to the train station and bus terminal made us feel like we were staying in the city center. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly service exceeded our expectations.

The parking lot could use some improvement to accommodate more vehicles.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was excellent as it was near a convenience store and various restaurants, making it extremely convenient for me to grab anything I needed. Additionally, being very close to Sungai Besi train station was a huge advantage for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Finally, I was impressed with the basic amenities provided in the room. Despite being a three-star hotel, the room had everything I needed and was well-maintained.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the hotel's location in a commercial area near shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the room, although I did miss having coffee/tea in the mini bar. The hotel's breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The only aspect that could be improved upon was the soundproofing in the rooms.

The key card was a hassle as we only received one, and had to use it for the elevator, room, and iron outside the room. the air conditioning unit was not cold enough, which made the room slightly uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the location was fantastic as it was very close to the TBS bus station and Sungai Besi train station. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city and travel to different attractions. Additionally, being situated in the midst of a huge shopping complex meant that there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment right at my doorstep.

The room was unexpectedly big and the bed was comfy. Lots of eateries/marts around the hotel, making it a good location. The self-laundry services were convenient. The hotel allowed early check-in with no charge. Guests safety was ensured with card access to the lift. The spacious room was perfect for families and friends. The location was strategic with plenty of local food options. Parking was easy to find.

Our stay was fairly enjoyable. The location was ideal for those who enjoy local cuisine, as there were plenty of food options nearby. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and the choice to opt out of daily room cleaning. the spacious room made it perfect for groups.

There were a number of downsides to our stay. The lighting in our room was not very good, making it quite dim.
